5. Orders and Product Availability

All product orders are subject to acceptance by Bioforge. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Custom implant orders require:

• Submission of appropriate patient imaging (CT or MRI scans in DICOM format)
• Completed order forms with surgeon specifications
• Verification of healthcare professional credentials
• Approval of design renderings before manufacturing

Pricing, delivery timelines, and customization options will be provided in individual quotations and are subject to change based on project complexity and requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIOFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
